Refund Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Cancellation, authorisation release and refund terms for Pay Marque services.
1. Uncaptured authorisations
Before funds are captured, Pay Marque may cancel the payment authorisation rather than issue a refund. The bank may show the authorised amount as pending until it releases or expires. We cannot control how quickly the bank restores available funds.
2. Before work begins
If a captured payment relates to a service cancelled before substantive work starts, it may qualify for a full refund, less any non-refundable third-party charges that were disclosed and are permitted by applicable law. Please contact us promptly.
3. After work begins
Once review, research, preparation, consultation or other substantive work has begun, captured fees are generally non-refundable to the extent earned. For a divisible engagement, Pay Marque may calculate a refund for an uncompleted portion after deducting work performed and committed third-party costs.
4. Completed services
Fees for completed consultations, delivered reports, completed reviews, digital materials or other fully performed services are not refundable except where required by law or where Pay Marque confirms that the purchased service was not provided as agreed.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@paymarque.online with your name, payment date, service purchased, receipt or invoice reference and reason for the request. If approved after capture, a refund is returned to the original payment method where practicable. Bank and processor posting times are outside our control.
6. Engagement-specific terms
A signed proposal or engagement agreement may contain more specific cancellation or refund provisions. Those provisions control for that engagement to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory law.
